Decide whether a table solves your group’s needs

A seated base can be useful for a group that wants to stay together, but it also creates a shared commitment. Agree who is definitely attending and what everyone is comfortable spending before asking for a quote. A larger table is not automatically a better fit if the headcount is uncertain.

Ask what the table quote includes and what remains payable separately. Confirm minimum spend, deposit, taxes or fees, arrival deadline and cancellation terms. If the location matters, ask whether it is fixed or subject to allocation. Keep the response in writing so the whole group works from the same information.

Dinner beforehand: keep it on the same plan

Asia Asia is one Yas Bay option if you want a meal before the club. Make the restaurant reservation separately and leave enough time for dinner, payment and the move to WHITE. You do not need to turn the evening into a tour of the waterfront.

Tell the group which part is the meeting point. If some people are skipping dinner, give them WHITE’s confirmed arrival instructions rather than asking them to track everyone through the first venue. Keep the dinner budget separate from any club-table contribution.

Get the arrival details from the booking team

Before leaving, check the accepted identification, dress requirements and any rules about arriving separately. The venue controls admission. A reservation request, an old social post or a friend’s experience on another night is not a substitute for your booking’s terms.

Share the exact venue pin, reservation name and deadline in one message. Plan transport with that deadline in mind, and keep the confirmation available on your phone. If your headcount or arrival changes, tell the booking team rather than hoping the original arrangement will cover it.
