Ladies' nights in Abu Dhabi, mapped by night

They are not all the same night. Some are free entry and free house drinks. Some are a small ticket for bottomless pours. Some are a table minimum with a female crowd. Here is how the week runs and what to check before you bring a group.
The week, night by night
- Tuesday and Wednesday. The quiet nights, and the best value. Hotel bars and marina spots tend to run complimentary drinks or a small cover. Good for a small group that wants to talk.
- Thursday. The big one. Most venues in the city run something, and the crowd is at its largest. Book or list yourself if you are more than four.
- Friday. Fewer dedicated ladies' nights, but the strongest night out. Venues compete for the room rather than for the deal.
- Saturday. Rarely a ladies' night. It is a going-out night, priced accordingly.
What the offers look like
- Free entry plus a drinks window. The classic. Usually time-boxed, often with a house-pour or selected-brands limit.
- A small ticket for unlimited drinks. Increasingly common, and usually better value than it looks if you arrive early.
- Table minimums. A reserved table with a spend, which is the only version that comes with a seat and a host.
Check these first
- The end time of the free-drinks window, not just the start.
- Whether the offer applies to the whole group or only to women.
- Whether you need to be on a list, and what time the list closes.
- Age and ID requirements — 21 and over, with government ID.

Which night is best?
Thursday is the busiest for ladies' nights in Abu Dhabi. Friday is stronger for a full night out, and Tuesday and Wednesday are quieter and easier to book.
Do I need to book?
For a small group, usually not. For six or more, or a table, yes — the good positions go early in the week.
Is entry always free?
No. Some nights are free, some charge a small amount for unlimited drinks, some are free only before a certain time. Check the night, not the venue.
